Trojan Nation took second in the Wood Memorial Stakes (Gr. 1) after an impressive stretch drive and retired with $252,125 in earnings. He also ran in the 2016 Kentucky Derby and Belmont Stakes. His sire, Street Cry, won $5,150,837 and has sired 67 graded blacktype winner and $133,311,657 in earnings, including Zenyetta, Winx, and stakes producing Street Sense and Street Boss.

Trojan Nation's dam, Storm Song, was the Eclipse Award 1996 Champion 2 year old Filly and multiple graded stakes winner (1st Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies (Gr. 1), Frizette Stakes (Gr. 1), Adirondack Stakes (Gr. 2)). She won a total of $1,020,050. Trojan Nation's damsire is Summer Squall, multiple graded stakes winner of $1,844,282 (including 1st Preakness Stakes (Gr. 1), and 2nd Kentucky Derby (Gr. 1), 1st Hopeful Stakes (Gr. 1)). She is the foundation mare for 11 stakes horses, including Order of St George (G1).

Zenyetta and Winx

Street Cry also sired Zenyetta, who earned $7,304,580 in a stellar career with 20 starts and 19 consecutive wins. She won the Breeders' Cup Classic, Breeders' Cup Ladies' Classic, the Eclipse Award Champion Older Mare three years in a row and Eclipse Award Horse of the Year. Street Cry also sired Winx, a 2011 mare who raced in Australia. She won 33 consecutive stakes races in 39 starts. Her earnings are over $16 million USD. She was inducted into the Australian racing Hall of Fame in 2017.
